Intercede Platform
Know What Is Happening Across Your Machines Before Collection Time.
Intercede gives game-room and casino operators real-time visibility,
control, and protection across supported machines and multiple locations. Monitor
accounting,
ticket activity, machine events, connectivity, and operational history from one
secure portal.
Deploy Core, Edge, and Guardian according to the capability each cabinet
requires, then manage the operation through one platform.
Deployment and Remote Support ServicesInstallation and ongoing support
Three Products. One Platform.
Mix Core, Edge, and Guardian at the same location so each
cabinet receives the monitoring, resiliency, or control capability it needs.
Intercede Core
Essential machine accounting and cloud visibility.
Technical capabilities
Cloud dashboard access, plus local dashboard access when deployed with a Site Gateway
Machine accounting
Cash-in, cash-out, and net reporting
Machine-level and location-level reporting
Multi-location reconciliation and historical reporting
Role-based portal access with downloadable reports
Best fitOperators who want accurate cloud accounting and multi-location reporting across gaming cabinets that do not require cabinet-control functions.
Advanced monitoring, Class 3 / SAS integration, and validated cabinet control.
Technical capabilities
Edge monitoring and resiliency functions
Class 3 / SAS integration
SAS accounting and event collection
Door monitoring where supported
Advanced audit history and diagnostics
Best fitClass 3 / SAS environments and specialty cabinets that require SAS accounting, validated isolated inputs, detailed auditing, or a defined cabinet-control workflow.
Site Infrastructure Designed Around the Deployment
When a site requires local retention, continued operation during an internet
outage, printer services, or managed connectivity, Intercede specifies the appropriate
Site Gateway, router, switches, wireless coverage, printer workflow, and optional LTE
failover.
The Site Gateway provides local processing and data retention at the site. When
configured, applicable data synchronizes with the Intercede cloud platform.
Intercede validates each machine family before defining the final scope.
Platform Capabilities
What the platform reports depends on the machine and the
validated interface. These are the areas the portal is built around.
Machine Accounting and Reporting
Cash in, cash out, and net by machine, with daily, shift, and custom ranges across machines, locations, and routes.
Ticket-Out Operations
Supported ticket-out requests with machine, amount, status, and operator workflow history.
Revenue Protection
Door and cabinet events, sequence-of-events review, unexpected offline alerts, and operator audit history.
Machine and Endpoint Health
Online and offline status, connectivity and Wi-Fi history, endpoint health, and board-communications status where reported.
Multi-Location Portal
Role-based access, search and filtering, and machine and location reports across every site in the operation.
Resilient Site Services
Local retention, cloud synchronization, and local print services are available through a Site Gateway. A Site Gateway is required whenever those local services must remain available at the site.
Evaluate Intercede Without Disrupting a Working Room
In an approved evaluation, Intercede may operate as an
independent monitoring layer while an existing Mutha Goose accounting and printer
workflow remains in service. This allows the operator to compare visibility,
reporting, machine health, service, and network flexibility before changing
established procedures.
Existing third-party workflows may remain operational during an approved evaluation
Intercede can be evaluated using validated cabinet data
Existing printers can be reviewed for compatibility
Reports can be printed from the customer portal
Cabinet endpoints do not require a mandatory room-wide proprietary daisy chain
No Mandatory Room-Wide Daisy Chain.
Intercede cabinet endpoints are individually addressed over a
purpose-designed Wi-Fi or Ethernet network. Machines can be added, moved, or assigned
a different Intercede product without extending a proprietary machine-to-machine
communication chain.
